Timberwright requires a signed purchase agreement and either full payment or a 50% deposit (with credit approval) prior to shipping. All orders must be paid in full (c.o.d.) upon delivery.
Delivery & Installation
Timberwright Manufacturing can make all freight arrangements for your order and in most cases can deliver direct to your building site.
Items can usually be shipped 30 days from date of purchase order (or sooner) for all deliveries in North America, or 60 to 75 days from date of purchase order for all overseas deliveries.
Narrow, winding and/or steep roads may prevent delivery to some sites. Please advise if alternate delivery arrangements must be made. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER TO UNLOAD THE MATERIAL ONCE DELIVERED.
If required, your local lumber yard may be able to assist with your unloading needs.
Every product will be packaged to prevent weather and road damage including appropriate side and bottom protection.
